Description
Details
- Vibralag has three different layers, Aluminium foil as the outer layer, barium loaded rubber in the middle and convoluted foam as the inner layer. Each of these layers has different purposes:
-The aluminium foil on the outside provides fire resistance.
-The central core is surrounded by a heavy, flexible barium-loaded rubber composite that acts as a limp mass to capture noise.
-The inner layer of convoluted foam serves to mass-decouple the limp mass from the noisy pipe wall.
- Easy to use and install
- Roll Coverage:
50mm approx. = 12m
100mm Approx. = 8m
150mm Approx. = 6m
200mm Approx. = 4m
- Vibralag comes in two different weights: 5 kg/m2 and 8 kg/m2 (On Request). The heavier the lagging material, the better it performs in general. In most circumstances, the Vibralag 2 at 5 kg/m is sufficient.
